“Burnt Relics”
[CD Package Design]
Burnt Relics is a fictional album created for the purpose of designing a physical CD case from scratch. It is a folk album created by a fictional band named “The Used Cars”.
My idea was to photograph outdoorsy & melancholic imagery to create a collage.
I have a strong passion for music, and consider myself a connoisseur and critic.
This project is still my favorite of anything I’ve worked on, & I hope to work on more music related design in the future.
CD Package Showcase
This project wasn’t just digital, but also included a real,
physical version. Using an old CD case, I was able to replace
the display with the Burnt Relics design. It was a tricky process,
but the end product was very successful.
